With this program, the client will meet with me once or twice per week. I will take the client through one of my customized workout cards that combine resistance training with cardiovascular conditioning.

These clients will automatically be signed up for my accountability plan and receive their cardio assignments each week through that program. For clients that can only meet once per week with me, an additional resistance training workout card will be provided to the client for them to do on their own.

Once a month we will take body fat measurements to track progress.
